About the Authors
Rex Black plans, manages, and tracks testing programs and performs system certification as a consultant to major hardware and software vendors and MIS organizations. Prior to forming Rex Black Consulting Services, Inc., he held positions as a programmer, system administrator, test engineer, project manager, and quality assurance manager.
