About the Author
Vladimir Silva (Richmond, VA) acquired an extensive knowledge of computer languages, IBM tools, and technologies as a software engineer for IBM. In addition, he holds two top-level certifications in Software Development (MCSD – Microsoft Certified Solution Developer and OCP – Oracle Application Developer) and received his Master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University.
